Anyone who knows Duncan knows he is extremely passionate about the benefits of people finding their true sense of vocation. In 2006 he was invited to talk on the USA’s Martha Stewart Living Radio coast-to-coast phone-in show on his favourite topic Career Sustainability. The payback to employees and employers alike are limitless: happier workers, less absenteeism, greater productivity, value growth, profitability, collective intention, respect for self & others, sustainability, more joy all around!

Duncan's has a 'cosmopolitan' work experience ranging from management roles in leisure, retail and hospitality, including managing the UK’s largest squash and fitness club, initiating a Ryder Cup bid for a 5 star golf resort, liaising with PGA & BBC; launching Lacoste's first concession in London, work as Professional Golfer and being invalided out of the Royal Marines.

Duncan is heavily involved in raising the profile of the career profession, including membership of the ICG’s CPD committee, acting as Marketing & PR Director of the ACP International’s UK Board and Chairing FedPAG 2004-06. Duncan is also proud to have participated in the International Life / Work Planning Workshop 2000 with world famous author of ‘What Color Is your Parachute?’, Dick Bolles.
