  - Manage Incoming Projects and Analyze Contract Agreements as Job Order.
  - Generate Order Review and Production of Order based on Purchasing Order and distribute to all related departments (Production Engineering Manager, QA & QC Engineering Manager, HSE Manager, Production Manager, and General Manager).
  - Responsible on Planning and Scheduling and provided by using support softwares such as Excel, MS Project, Primavera, or ConceptDraw. Currently, working closely with IT Departement to generate and implement IPSCS (Integrated Planning, Scheduling and Controlling System).
  - Responsible on production controlling and monitoring for each project based on planning and scheduling.
  - Generate Standard Cycle Time, Man Hour and Machine Hour as Standard Capacity.
  - Report directly to General Manager and PPC Manager.
  - Provide weekly report for update progress of each project to Client.
  - Provide weekly report for Delivery Plan to all related Managers and Clients.
  - Working together with Production, QC Engineering and Sales/Marketing department to make sure the Project can delivered on schedule and based on Quality and Spec requirements.
  - Working closely with logistics to make sure transportation and stock materials are available as per spec requirements and also generate storage plan to restore all finished good.
  - Liaise and working together with third party such as ABS, DNV, Lloyds Registered, GL and BV for completion of final documentations.

  • Responsible for successful Turnkey Project from Client, covering: initial project cost & technical assessment, coordinate product and Equipment Transfer from client's site and internal subsidiary factory abroad to Batam factory, commissioning and installation of equipment & instrumentation required, set-up the plan and arrange the qualification priority depend on product forecast and system capability/availability based on matrix provided by client and prepare necessary documentation for production release.
  • Supervise and manage test production with more than 200 operators, technicians and engineers as a solid team and ensure there is no communication breakdown.
  • Analyze, review and arrange working schedule plan based on man power utilization, machines utilization and material loading availability.
  • Liaise with OEM and suppliers that involves issues related to equipments and setup hardware development.
