1. I managed to build up outsourcing manufacture of Art. Lebedev Studio in China, Taiwan, Germany and Russia which is very complicated due to unique design outer shapes and innovative features 3 years ago (please refer to link http://store.artlebedev.com/ ).
2. I built up their logistic service, including open of warehouses with cargo forwarding courier dispatch services in Hong Kong, Taipei, Taiwan and Shenzhen, China.
3. I have been managing ODM (outsourcing vendors search, NRE (development) and manufacture) of the first in the world keyboards with OLED- screen keyboards Optimus (http://www.artlebedev.com/everything/optimus/ , http://www.artlebedev.com/everything/optimus-mini/) and other electronic devices, ODM projects are first in Russia.

4. I managed electronic devices assembly, vendors search, quality inspection and shipment as a long-time (1 year stay) company’s representative in Taiwan (Taipei) and China (Shenzhen and Guangdong province) in 2006.
5. I support and manage key accounts for our product sales nationwide (attracting distributors and retails chains like Burokrat, LeFutur, etc.) and worldwide.
