My name is Daniel Staemmler and I live in Hamburg, Germany. I was born and raised in Germany and used to live in California from September 2005 till January 2008. My interest in Education, Technology and Health is a combination from my studies in Public Health and my Ph.D. I acquired my Diploma of Public Health in November 2001 at the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg, Germany. While in Hamburg, I focused on the evaluation of interactive online learning environments, cognitive learning styles and their impact on learning outcome. During my time at the University of Applied Sciences and University of Hamburg, I was involved in various research projects as a research associate.
Now I am Product Manager at scoyo GmbH (Bertelsmann AG), and manage various projects to develop innovative and interactive learning content for school children that can be accessed online. I am also taking part in the internationalization of our online learning content.
