My work experience includes multiple (mostly management) positions at:
* Software development,
* Technical communications,
* Technical support (set up the team for Aelita, St. Petersburg from scratch and established 24x7 customer support),
* Product management (set up the program managers' team in St. Petersburg R&D lab),
* New product research.
Right now I am mostly involved in strategic planning and directions for Quest's Windows Management Business Unit and our Microsoft collaboration. I am doing a lot of traveling meeting with Quest staff globally, our customers and partners, Microsoft, attending conferencing, talking to press and analysts.
I have been presenting at various conferences including Microsoft Management Summit 2007, WinHEC 2007, Longhorn RDP Airlift, and TechEd 2007, and was one of co-organizers of Quest's internal Innovate 2007 event.
