I have been in the car business since March 1984. I have held just about every front end position, from salesperson to GSM. My goal is to help others realize what has kept me in this business. There aren't many businesses out there where you don't have to pay for your inventory, office space, phone or computer. Needless to say, I have seen some changes in this business over my career. The internet is the most valuable tool we have now, next to the people. I have been called an "Internet Sales Manager" by one of my colleagues.
