Reload customer laptops and desktops to original state, providing detailed data backups. Image and resize hard drives using Acronis for selling as new inventory or upgrading existing customer equipment.
Isolate any type of Hardware issues, replacing any equipment possible. Fix drivers and install software to improve a customer’s user experience. Add and remove spare equipment from inventory.
