I help individuals and organizations who have been catapulted into transition to move from chaos and uncertainty into greater calm, clarity, and confidence.

Whether you’ve been working for a company or own your own business, you might be trying to survive a company reshuffle, facing a layoff, deciding to leave your job for a new career, or struggling with a major life change on a personal level.

To help you find your way, I train you to "work from within," which is to use your body like an instrument to help you navigate change more fluidly. Instead of getting confused and stuck in your head about a sea of choices, when you work from within, you get in touch with the signals of your body that move you, step by step, into alignment with what matters most to you.
