Outreach was created in 2004 when the founders, Floyd Hammer and Kathy Hamilton, returned from a trip to Tanzania on a construction mission. During that trip they experienced the death of many children from hunger and related diseases. Medical professionals from the Upper Midwest have again united for a mission of healing and hope. A team of dozens of health care professionals volunteer their time and medical skills to offer free medical, surgical and dental care to the people of Tanzania, East Africa.
