CEO of TELLUS International - Global Software Business Executive
Dallas/Fort Worth Area
My passion is within the ISV (Independent Software Vendor) ecosystem development. I work with ISVs around the world helping them to align themselves to the IT ecosystem of choice. The alignment consists of analysis of technology strategy, market segmentation, business model, sales-marketing and channel development strategy.
I do research in cloud computing (SaaS) that is very close to the topics in my doctoral dissertation from 2004 (Evaluation of a Product Platform Strategy for Analytical Application Software) with a focus on business models and financial profitability of cloud computing initiatives.
To achieve the goals in my professional work, I have combined a healthy combination of research, strategy development and solution delivery to end user organizations and this corresponds to the three business areas that TELLUS represents: ISV strategy development, solution delivery and ecosystem research.
My passion is to educate, to write books (first one came out in to book stores in January 2008 and second one will be out in first half of 2010) and speak about current topics for different audiences in different parts of the globe. TELLUS stands for "The Globe" whereby I have kept my mission since founding TELLUS International, Inc.
