User effect specializes in strategic usability for commercial websites. Put simply, we help website owners convert more visitors into buyers. We achieve results through a combination of usability best practices, analytics and testing, and understanding the full life-cycle of the consumer, including search engine optimization and online marketing.
As for me, I’m an entrepreneur, cognitive psychologist, and lifelong programmer. I’ve always been fascinated by putting the right tools to work for people, whether it’s technology or the human mind. I love bringing what I’ve learned in the laboratory or the trenches (as an executive at an internet start-up) down to earth for small businesses.
