I have been a certifiable second generation gear head for as long as I can remember. Anything with an engine or that "goes" I am interested in. It started with cars and has progressed to motorcycles, boats, yachts and airplanes. I can captain anything with wheels and many vehicles without. I have turned wrenches on almost everything from a Renault Le Car to a custom outfitted West Bay luxury yacht.
I strive to provide the best in customer service and satisfaction where ever I lay my professional hat. If I don't feel perfectly comfortable about a situation I won't put my McLaughlin Stamp of Approval on it.
ASE Certified Master Technician, ASE Certified Service Consultant. Small business management. Customer service and satisfaction. Excellent vendor relationships. Maintaining vehicles to last lifetimes.

My business partner and I sold Ballard Tire July 1, 2008. We luckily got the heads up the property is super contaminated and the building may need demolished to clean it up. We sold it to one of our technicians, Steve, who is my new boss. I continue my reign as the Big Cheese of Ballard Tire, with a lot less stress and income.
