I have over 30 years experience directing and coaching small businesses.

My early experience was gained as a consulting engineer at Lockheed in US then later as managing director of a high tech business in the UK and Lecturer at Southampton University where I achieved exceptional success attracting over £3m research funding and publishing more than 60 refereed publications.

In 1994, I decided to focus on business coaching and project management and, since then, I have accumulated considerable experience working in both the private sector and the third sector.
