Consultant to the GIS Industry since 1985, Doug established the initial GIS programs at California State University San Bernardino, US Army Corps of Engineers - Los Angeles, Fort Irwin National Training Center, University of Redlands, Whittier College, Imperial County, and several Cities in Southern California.
He has recieved awards for Urban Planning and Environmental Analysis from AEP and ESRI.
Fun Fact: For all of NCAA Basketball, Doug was a top 100 Free Throw percentage leader in 1984. In 1985, Doug was in the national top 10 for Field Goal percentage between John Salley and Patrick Ewing.
