I've built businesses in industries as varied as personal fitness, retail, wholesale and software development and helped client companies in an even wider range of industries.
My goals is to improve your business performance and create profitable, long-term, win-win relationships. I teach clients how to find, know, keep and grow profitable customers.
I am willing to engage on a number of levels from coaching to creation and implementation of sales, marketing and business development plans.
I've been described as equal parts business development expert, marketing strategist and entrepreneur.
I was a founder and Vice President of RMTG, Inc, a custom software development company which developed ARx, the Pharmacy Management System for Albertsons Inc. I have been involved in entrepreneurial efforts and marketing for over 25 years.

Social Traffic is an international start up powered by human capital.
The Social Traffic Team was a byproduct of a collaborative thought leadership group on Facebook. These people met and talked about the social web and sought to help make it more quality-centric and relationship-based.
Through the outcomes of those discussions, the basis of this separate social marketing company came into existence – and today it rides on their collective capabilities. The group went through a few weeks of screening process through which is transparently elected its leadership group based on the input and skill levels of the initial members. After a few weeks of working together, it came down to a handful of strong passionate personalities, while the weaker or less committed ones faded away in the background.
Although all of their systems, models and strategies are different, what really set it apart was how intricately each shareholder’s value was linked to the selection process.

RMTG was a Microsoft Gold Partner. We did a wide variety software development projects including ARx the Pharmacy Management System for Albertsons and Osco drugs and ARVMS a Anti-Retroviral Clinical management system that was developed for the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uganda.
As a founder, I filled many different management roles at RMTG. Key areas of concentration were strategic planning, recruiting, sales and marketing.
