The Work Enhancement Employment Team (WEET) was formed in 1996 as a joint effort between the Veteran’s Administration and the State of Nevada Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. The objective was to bring together a group of outside businesses and other organizations to further employment efforts on behalf of the disabled.

W.E.E.T. partners with federal, state and local agencies and private corporations in bringing employers in Southern Nevada together in an effort to create awareness of the outstanding abilities of individuals with disabilities, as well as to educate and guide them in employing, training and empowering able individuals.
