I have a highly-diversified consulting and managerial background, including: numerous advisory positions and directorships in a large number of different types of organizations engaged in a great many industries.
My principal professional interests at present are: Speaking, writing and training leaders about the Science of Relationship-Building and Team-Building; providing Publicity and Public Relations services; Re-engineering, re-constructing, re-inventing and rebuilding organizations.
My corporate experience has encompassed: image-building, publicity, negotiating, organizational engineering, corporate and interpersonal communciations, international banking, asset-based financing, merchant banking, factoring, trade financing, credit enhancement and surety, transactional structuring (mergers, acquisitions, LBOs, ESOPs, management buy-outs, transnational and domestic co-ventures, strategic planning, outsourcing, offshoring, technical presentations (written and oral, committees and boards), business plan authoring, drafting and chartering of banks, IBCs, and other international or multinational structures, negotiating with banks and secured creditors in "work-out" and "turnaround" situations, DIPs, TIPs, and the like.
