I help business owners grow their organizations so that they can make the most of the value they are creating. Depending on the situation I serve as a consultant, coach, advisor and educator.
My goal is to help manufacturers and service organizations survive and prepare to thrive when the economy recovers.
My broad experience over the last 20 years allows me to help organizations overcome challenges in new and innovative ways. Success often includes effectively aligning diverse groups toward a common goal.
As an attorney-turned- general manager, I've been responsible for operations, finance, human resources, customer service, information technology, marketing & sales, product development, inventory control, real estate, procurement, supply chain and of course legal affairs.
My industry experience includes logistics and supply chain, medical equipment, high technology, aviation, industrial, manufacturing and non-profit organizations.
I believe a key to revenue growth and expense management requires balancing the “voice of the customer” – listening to what they need and why – with the “voice of the business” through effective functional integration and strategic alliances.
One of the ways I accomplish my goal is by leading the Entreprenuership Track of the MBA Program at Post University. Our program offers students an accelerated and completely online program with relentless focus on the application of their education to real-life business situations.
