Since 1990 I have consulted through Software Quality Methods, LLC. I am a Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and my credentials include BACS, MSEE, MBA, ASQ-CSQE, ASQ-CQMgr.

My work in software test automation and test oracles have provided new ideas and methods for the industry and have been widely published.
