For over 25 years I have been a management consultant, test architect, and instructor in software engineering, testing, quality assurance, and test automation. Since 1990 I have consulted through Software Quality Methods, LLC. I am a Fellow of the American Society for Quality (ASQ), and my credentials include BACS, MSEE, MBA, ASQ-CSQE, ASQ-CQMgr.
My work in software test automation and test oracles have provided new ideas and methods for the industry and have been widely published. I have performed organizational assessments with concrete recommendations for companies with sales ranging from $50M to $30B across the software spectrum. For over 20 years I have taught public and private courses in management, quality assurance, and software testing.
