Doug Francis' Summary
Providing truly local insight and direction has become a key element of what I bring to the table for my clients these days ~ especially for those who are relocating to Northern Virginia. I understand that consumers can get tons of information about any home, but buying a home isn't like buying anything else because each home is unique.
Some of the big real estate portals now provide people with results like: this neighborhood fits your profile as a good choice. Is that kind of information really helpful to you? Probably not.
My clients deserve the one-on-one time with me getting into homes to comparison shop.
My clients deserve the one-on-one time with me getting their homes ready for the market.
All my clients deserve to understand their options, expenses, and have questions answered. This is a complicated financial transaction and you shouldn't wing-it based on match.com style results.
In over twenty two years I have helped people buy their first homes, buy custom homes, downsize, and sell the long time family home. Pretty much every scenario.
Although most of my clients are personally referred, many now discover me through a Google search or two. I have been blogging about real estate and new home construction around Vienna Virginia for the past five years so I have extensive content available for people doing research. And, once people read through my blog, they understand who I am and how I actually help clients buy and sell homes.
If you are planning to start a business WordPress blog then send me an email and we can discuss my B2C experiences. I have been a panelist and speaker on the topic, profiled on the VerisignInc.com small business site, and was quoted in Money Magazine (9/13).
Specialties: I work in the Tyson's Corner area, like Vienna, Oakton, McLean, Falls Church, Arlington, Great Falls, and near the Silver Line Metro. I'm an Apple guy these days so digital signatures, brochures, videos, and photos are exceeding expectations.
