Proprietor of Not Quite Black and White Theatre Organization
Bath, United Kingdom
My theatre organization looks to try and bring a more business based approach to the arts, in terms of the way it is structured and how it operates.
I've worked in the Performing Arts industry for over a decade in both hemispheres. I spent a few years as part of a Shakespearean Company in South Africa, then moved to the UK, where I took a degree in performing arts at Bath Spa University, one of the UK's top Performing Arts Degrees.
Following that, I spent a year performing, before going back to the University as an assistant lecturer for a year.
Now I run my own organization.
Coaching, Ensamble Experience, Teamleader, Production Management, Direction, Stage Management, Physical Theatre, Vocal Work and Motivational
(Privately Held; 11-50 employees; Performing Arts industry)
June 2006 — Present (3 years 6 months)
I'm the creator of an organization of actors that are looking to create a new way of thinking in theatre. A way that looks to make money out of theatre and fight the belief that theatre for the vast majority of performers is an unprofitable pursuit.

I was an assistant to lecturers at the University, but was called on to organise theatre productions too and performing them if asked.
