I’m presently writing articles on business and technology topics and taking prerequisite classes. My background is in technical writing and training.
I’m enrolled as a full-time student in Lehigh’s MBA program for the fall semester. My concentration is Management of Technology.

Test software as part of the software development team of the leading provider of insurance to the nuclear power industry. Contract is through ACS Learning and Logical Writing Solutions.
Work as needed to support this ongoing development project. Functionality was recently introduced to reverse any transaction so that policy changes can be applied as necessary. This change affects every policy type, member type, and endorsement type. Methodically test the system against specifications. Verify the accuracy of the invoicing report and earned income report. Work independently and as part of a team.

As a volunteer, co-hosted four workshops, "Friends Helping Friends". Taught participants how to apply new job hunting concepts. Motivated job hunters to be proactive. Persuaded participants and volunteers to share insights and ideas.
Separately, wrote an ebook on the topic to share with people who could not attend the workshops.

Test new web-based software that automates data collection and maintenance, and creates and renews insurance policies for nuclear power generation facilities in the United States, Belgium, and Spain. Verify the accuracy of hundreds of pages of legal policy documents for the part of the system that is being built to process policies with net annual premiums in excess of $211 million. As needed, create test plans to thoroughly test the system and ensure that it is working properly, report any issues in the bug database, work with multidisciplinary team to resolve issues and meet rollout deadlines. Maintain accountability to lead analyst through informal and formal status reports.
