I am current a faculty development director at a small state Community College. I have been involved with pedagogy, assessment, technology training, and creation of online courses. Recent workshop was "Learning Outside the Classroom/Learning 2.0" with 25+ faculty.

At MIT, designed and led executive retreats, seminars, courses, and conferences. Involved in elearning since 1995. Developed numerous websites.

Consultant/entrepreneur: founded a collaborative elearning network with eight Fortune 500 company members. At Mt.Holyoke College, created a national community-science network addressing environmental issues.

Organization development: Engaged in elearning and collaborative assessment process with major clients. First, survived two intensive years of training at American University/NTL. Organizational behavior knowledge from the gut!
