Don Orlando helps rising and senior professionals win the careers they’ve always deserved, have fun in the process, and get paid what they are worth.

He was a professional, personal career coach before the industry had a name for what he does. He is one of America’s senior and leading career coaches. He writes, researches, and teaches actively in the field. Other career coaches pay him to be their mentor.

In 1998, the Air Force asked him to conduct career change seminars for senior officers who were approaching retirement. This 20-hour course far exceeded atteendees’ expectations. The Air Force sought him out again in May 2006 to guide 27 full colonels in their transition into civilian careers. The 14 full colonels who attended the course lobbied to have Don return for a third time in the Spring of 2007. He taught the course for the fourth time in November 2007 to rave reviews.

Netshare, the organization that serves six-figure job seekers has invited him to host several of their popular “Ask the Coach” teleseminars starting in September 2007.
