Able to record in a few takes, perfect pitch, perform ‘live’, with/without guitar, Classic Rock, Blues/Country songs, Big Band Swing, Soul, Jazz, Pop, Originals, 40's - to present day, Strong lead vocals, & harmonies, having five octaves, perfect pitch. 20+ yrs of stage/recording experience, professional solo dancer.
Survived nearly unbelievable, non-stop action, but extremely exciting, past life. Trauma & triumph. These experiences helped me to be successful as an 'agony aunt' column writer, in UK magazine, and as an article writer. Finishing autobiography this year.
Completed thriller, eBook novel, at present, to be paperback. Compilation of short stories, some of which will be script-written for plays, or TV. Soon to write self-help books on correct ‘attitude‘ to prevent looking ‘old’ whilst naturally ageing slowly, remaining young looking. My best exercises and weight training tips, shared. Another publication soon, on caring for tiny dogs, house training without scaring them. I am an expert!
Enjoyed being a talent show judge, invited on showcase panels. Also being a vocal and image coach, have, and can help those aspiring to go into show business. The way I still look is my reference! Although 'mature', look around late thirties and still shapely, with no implants or face lifts. I have been a professional dancer for many years and have enjoyed weight training most of my life. I still regularly lift for strength, in our home gym. (My hubby weight trains and is my personal instructor.)

Many years of performing in the UK, stage and recording experience with various bands; Country, Blues, Jazz, Soul, Southern Rock, Classic Rock and Pop. Running my own bands, singing lead, harmonies, playing guitar and dancing. Performing standards, and writing the original songs performed. Also experienced as an image and vocals coach. Enjoyed three years of going out as part of a Duo. Left the UK, in 2004 and now citizen in USA. I still write songs and record, hoping to find some compatible musicians here in Nashville to join me, for a country, boogie blues band.

I still enjoy taking commissions for artwork, portraits, homes, villages, buildings, horses, cars, pets, most anything. I draw in pencil and ink with some subtle colouring, detailed work, and can use photographs as well as images or sittings. In the past I have illustrated books, drawn posters, cards, signs etc., Two of my drawings can be seen in my official website, under the tab for picture gallery, 'drawings.'

My dancing was very versatile, as I was a rhythm dancer, belly dancer, jive and be-bop, go-go dancer, acrobatic and adagio dancer. As a dancer I performed in concerts, television adverts as well as in television serial programme. I continued dancing to a lesser degree with my bands.

This was not consecutive, but on and off, with some temporary work. I also helped in the Psychiatry clinic and various wards, including ER, with some theatre duties.
