I was responsible for the redesign of the Novantas website. Working with the managing directors to specify the requirements, I managed the design and build, directing programmers and staff to meet technical and content requirements (www.donnalea.org.uk/portfolio_novantas.html). The design of the website led the way for re-branding of the companies other products, including print artefacts, internal websites and web applications sold to external clients. The web applications included MindSwift (www.donnalea.org.uk/portfolio_mindswift.html) a customer analysis and recording system, and APEX (www.donnalea.org.uk/portfolio_apex.html) company information search tool. I also managed internal web projects, e.g. intranet (www.donnalea.org.uk/portfolio_intranet.html). During my time at Novantas my main objective was to find solutions to meet the directors and company requirements. I placed great importance on quality and adherence to standards and brand guidelines across all web and print work.
