I am an Industrial/Organizational Psychology professional skilled in engineering performance improvement. My objective is to secure a leadership role involving organizational effectiveness where I can maximize workflow process efficiency and personnel development for improvement in service delivery and ultimately greater customer satisfaction.
My experience has involved the human resources or operations arena within industries such as—pharmaceuticals, banking, mortgage, communications, education and even the U.S. Census Bureau.
Basically, I am an agent for positive change. My work is to systematically ensure that people are functioning as efficiently and effectively as they can—working “smarter.” The changes I provide motivate them to excel. I also facilitate cross-functional collaboration and seek to break down dysfunctional “silos” between departments.
I analyze and redesign work processes and systems, facilitating easy cross-training by documenting knowledge thoroughly and accurately in workflow process maps, instructional outlines, work tools and job aids, reference materials and whatever else they need to succeed. I deliver all training needs and manage communications required for positive change. I strengthen teams and develop individuals into top performers, streamlining everyone’s efforts to be in alignment with company goals and to ensure regulatory compliance.
My success as a people manager and motivator is founded on use of clear performance objectives and assessment methods, as well as open communication and mutual respect.
Fresh graduate training combined with over 10 years of diverse experience as well as innate leadership, organizational and communication skills all support my ability to systematically increase efficiency and effectiveness in any work setting.
