I am working on my PhD thesis. I use genomic tools like DNA chips to investigate kidney cancer and discover potential drug targets. Gigabytes upon gigabytes of data are generated from the DNA chips. I write custom programs to analyze the large quantities of data produced to extract meaningful information.

A host of features assist researchers in searching, sharing, and discussing all types of scientific information. BioWizard's goal is to make the world's biomedical research information universally accessible and useful.

During the summer of 2002, I did a research internship at NIMH, NIH in Dr. Sanford Markey's lab. I wrote a computer program to analyze protein mass spectrometry data. I successfully completed the project and this work has been published in the Journal of Proteome Research. The work has been cited numerous times.
