As the Founder and CEO of BroadLook technologies I am primarily responsible for the business logic behind the products, leading the technical architecture and forming relationships with partner companies to further the acceptance of BroadLook products and services. I am deeply involved in our sale processes and enjoy a hands-on approach with many of our clients.

BroadLook products include our flagship, the BroadLook Profiler. "Profiler" is a tool that uses the Internet as a real-time data source for company and contact information. Using the Broadlook tools, our users can (1) create niche lists that go far beyond the scope of what an SIC code can do. We do this with our patent-pending methods (2) create contact lists from those companies and (3) export the resulting names, title, phone numbers to over 100 different CRM, contact managers, candidate and applicant tracking systems.

BroadLook products also include: Contact Magnet, Eclipse, Ballista, Pulse, BroadMail and ContentHound.

At BroadLook, we have pionered a training format that is catching on with many of our partner vendors. As the CEO and chief architect, I personally run many of our daily training sessions to ensure that our users get tremendous ROI from our software. Trainings are given daily via web conference and are "open drop-in". Our clients can be assurred that their questions will be answered immediately and accurately via our daily on-line get-togethers.

90% of BroadLook business comes from referrals from our existing clients. That means we are doing something right and that our solutions work.
