* Involved in all phases of recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer and rejection processes.
* Sourcing and attracting a wide range of IT professionals from college graduates to senior level resources via traditional and Internet-based methods.

* Spearheaded initiative to raise employee referral bonus leading to a significant increase in total referrals. Evangelized the use of LinkedIn and integrated it with Cardinal’s employee referral bonus program.
* Creation of custom feedback forms with Adobe LiveCycle Designer.
* Designed the UI prototype for Cardinal’s current recruiting application and continue to work closely with developers on additional features and enhancements.
