UM clients include the Society of College and Urban Planning, Center for the Study of Complex Systems, the Ginsberg Center, the CardioVascular Center (Nat'l Board), Housing. External clients include: Gretchen's House (10 childcare centers) and the Ann Arbor Summer Festival.
Deb facilitates project teams, board retreats, meetings, and focus group and team projects. She has extensive OD training and qualifications including the Lippitt Planned Change Practicum, Jack Sherwood’s Organization Effectiveness Institute, the MBTI® and Appreciative Inquiry. She has over 20 years of experience in the University environment and non-profit community organizations including recently 2 years as OD Practice Lead.
