I am an experienced interaction designer with expertise in a variety of domains and verticals, including e-commerce, government, healthcare, and telecommunications.
I currently do user experience design at Open Text, the leading vendor of ECM (enterprise content management) solutions.
In my previous role, I led a complete re-design of a complex rich client application for e-commerce store management. I also championed user needs within the company's agile development process.
Previously, I worked as a consultant within IBM's professional services group, where I designed and delivered innovative user interfaces for a variety of high profile clients.
I have a strong background in human-computer interaction (HCI) research and software development. My master's thesis research bridged the domains of HCI and information visualization, and was published at the world's leading HCI conference.
