Donna Lichaw’s Summary

I have been working in web and interactive media for over ten years. Starting out as a visual designer and front end developer, I have spent the last few years focusing on interaction and user experience design and strategy. In other words, I make things work and make them better.

I also have a background in documentary filmmaking and sound design. Recently, I’ve been thinking a lot about the relationship between the documentary and interaction design process and practice.
