The Forms Development Team replicate lender clients’ mortgage application forms as an integral part of the Trigold 'Prospector' mortgage sourcing software system. Forms vary from simple data collection through to complex logic-based forms with extensive client branding and XML integrations with lender client back office systems.
Key responsibilities:
• Line management of the Forms Development Team, reporting to Head of IT
• Provide first point of contact for lender clients within Trigold
• Visit lender clients across the UK to pitch and tender for projects, along with ongoing liaison to support and improve application forms
• Co-ordinate multiple concurrent forms projects using MS Project, schedule work to client and internal deadlines and agree project prioritisation with clients and account managers
• Update senior management and account managers of project progress
• Produce detailed project requirement specifications and project plans, both internally and for lender clients
• Control project budgets, produce cost models and analysis, and liaise with accounts over invoicing
• Build application forms and XML integrations to lender websites
• Co-ordinate and conduct comprehensive testing of application forms, both internally and in conjunction with lender clients
• Provide management information reports to external clients and management
• Consult on code changes and process enhancements internally
• Design and implement effective procedures for the forms development process
• Maintain internal wiki on forms and support procedures
