Djadja Sardjana previously is Head of Program Management Office Division at Sampoerna Telekom, an Indonesia telecom operator. He heads the operations at STI, a subsidiary company under Sampoerna Strategic Group of Companies and is responsible for managing all aspects of STI technical strategy, planning, and project management in addition to coordinating and synchronizing activity for whole company management on strategic planning for project, marketing and operations. While at STI, he has gained hands on working on NSS and BSS implementations all across Indonesia, product roll-out in the wireless and wire line space, liasoning with the Govt. and executing in-house web-based technologies. Prior to working with Sampoerna, Mr. Sardjana worked as Project Support Senior Manager at Motorola Indonesia and oversaw sales/business development, project execution and quality functions, including new product rollouts, key account management, customer relationship development, contract negotiations, order fulfillment, security & risk management and project management. Earlier in his career, he worked as Senior Business & Operation Manager- Network Service Division at MWEB, an Indonesia network application provider and Senior Manager- Information System Infrastructure at Ariawest International, a subsidiary of AT&T and a telecom operator in Indonesia. He was also conferred with the Motorola Bravo Award for successful project management cycle.
