Responsible for planning, implementing, and analyzing search engine optimization plans for high-profile websites, particularly B2B technology clients and high-profile B2C websites, including Zipcar.com, Cognos.com, Authoria.com, Ncipher.com, Harley-Davidson.com, and Lojack.com.
• Reviewed client websites to develop comprehensive website optimization plans to increase search engine visibility and search engine rankings for target keywords.

Conducted quality assurance tests for Verizon West’s wholesale telephony EDI to ensure existing functionalities or to recommend corrective actions when system enhancements were introduced.
• Performed data modeling and provided support to Verisign for a custom built service order provisioning system.
• Coded programs to automatically tag regression scenarios, extract data from an EDI, and to more efficiently compare test results to previous baselines; thereby reducing test analysis procedures by one hour.
