Diana Antholis' Summary
As a Lifestyle-ist, Mind Body Specialist, and American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer, Diana shows women how to lead the balanced, centered, and sexy lives they deserve. She is the founder of DianaAntholis.com and the creator of the Unleash Your Sexy Program.
Diana takes the mind, body, and soul approach to health and happiness—inspiring and changing women’s lives. After coaching and training with Diana, her clients have felt rejuvenated, stronger (on the inside and out), and ready to take charge of their lives.
Diana’s philosophy is to help women fall in love with movement, eat healthfully with indulgences, achieve inner peace, be in the present moment, and embrace their inner sexiness.
Her background in corporate advertising, management consulting, and higher education led her to experience first-hand the physical and mental stress occurring in the workplace. As she developed her own tools and resources to live a more balanced, centered, and sexy life, she left the corporate lifestyle to help others navigate their own lives in such stressful environments. You have to create your own happiness because no one else will do it for you.
Diana has an MA in Organizational Management from GWU and a BS in Advertising and Marketing Communications from FIT.
She is always pursuing additional health certifications, specifically in yoga instruction and nutrition.
From central NJ, Diana has lived, worked, and studied in NYC, San Diego, and Washington D.C. She plays tennis, practices yoga, runs, skis, swims, and likes to challenge herself with ambitious goals like running a half marathon and completing a triathlon. Diana loves to create and share delicious and healthy recipes, while also perfecting her chocolate-chip cookies. Follow her on social media.
