With 25 years experience in Mortgage Banking, I have seen the industry from all sides. My career began as a loan originator in Colorado in 1983 and progressed into branch, regional, divisional, and national management roles in the same company over 16 years. I then spent almost 7 years as the head of the single family business at Freddie Mac, and then ran the wholesale lending business nationally for Wells Fargo. In July of 2006, I accepted a position with Long & Foster that tapped my experience in finance in overseeing the company's affiliated businesses: mortgage, title, insurance, settlement services as well as our concierge business. I am now the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Long & Foster Companies, including the core real estate company. I bring to this position a vision of a broader real estate model that integrates other businesses more fully into the company's core real estate services. Long & Foster will continue to focus on meeting the ever changing expectations of consumers through the development of the Mid-Atlantic's most professional and knowledgable real estate professionals.
