Nonprofits, nongovernmental organizations, researching grant opportunities, writing a weekly E-Newsletter and articles about grants and nonprofit management
(Non-Profit Organization Management industry)
January 2001 — Present (8 years 11 months)
I write a weekly E-Newsletter about 50-60 grant opportunities for nonprofit and nongovernmental organizations. I have partnered with CharityChannel for over four years. This is a volunteer activity for me although CharityChannel charges a small annual fee for this and many other benefits. It is my understanding the E-Newsletter reaches about 10,000 people worldwide weekly.
The material I prepare includes weekly international grant opportunities.

This mission includes writing articles, some of which are listed elsewhere, writing book reviews for leading nonprofit web sites, CharityChannel and Idealist.Org, participating in a variety of listservs with leaders and newcomers to the nonprofit world.
