I am an aspiring film composer, having worked on just over a dozen films since starting two years ago. I completed my first feature film just recently. Films that I have written for have won various awards at fesitvals and some have aired on TV. As an individual I am a kind-hearted, open minded and genuine person who thinks deeply and is easy to get along with (assuming you are also!).

Dez Kirkup’s Interests:

As well as my soundtrack work, I have previous experience in other arenas of film making, including script writing and directing, this helps me to better understand techniques and processes that my music can be designed compliment in movie making. I am also a keen web designer, design most of my own websites. My musical routes trace back to song writing, which I am still regularly doing, currently working on an EP of my solo material at the moment.
