In other words, conversations that were already existing in our families and communities, among other environments, and that we automatically adopted as if they were our own; like a fish to water, we don't notice they aren't our own.
Until we are able to shift our perspective to "observing how we are observing" our own life, there is no way that we can take thoughtful actions to produce desired results.

This company developed the moving map that one sees on airplanes; the map that shows where the plane is relative to the earth. When I was hired into Airshow, there was a VP Engineering who was attempting to work with clients and upline executives and also run the Engineering Department with no midlevel manager nor with a PMO in place. My job was to work on bringing together one faction of Engineering Project Managers along with ensuring projects were managed. The company sold to Rockwell Collins, Inc., and that was the perfect segue for me to move from the corporate world to the consulting and coaching world.

Azron created a wonderful Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software product that had three beta sites who were working on becoming completely paperless except for the few faxes that came in.
The product was an idea before it's time. It required physicians use pen-pad based systems to take medical physicals and was not acceptable to them. They wanted something they could speak into and have it magically record what they said and be translated right into the EMR. Alas, they are trained to be able to call into a recorder and Transcriptionists type up their notes.
Having been a nurse and worked around Medical Info Systems, I was initially hired in as a Project Manager however due to the size of the company and my back ground in Intensive Care Units as an RN, I worked as a designing forms and also promoting the product by visiting potential investors.
It was a wonderful product with creative people and I was sad to see the doors close due to lack of funding. -

From the nursing bedside into the corporate world, I was hired as a beginning programmer for the Database Administration departments. Over the first 6 weeks, I personally hired on-site a senior programmer to meet me before work and teach me how to program in MUMPS. This is when I realized I was not a programmer however moved into Database Installation by managing projects and learned the importance and subtleties of being a go-between programmers and the business world. Of course, this was a natural position for me as I have been studying people my entire life.
