Helping you and your business BE FOUND by new prospects via organic, key word search (non-PPC). Generating new revenue online today is all about FINDABILITY through search. Chicago-based consultant and agency (in a virtual world). Web 2.0 / Blogging / New Media business development experts. Specializing in strategic evaluation of your overall marketing strategy and leveraging the right Web 2.0 opportunities to take your business to the next level via key word search and the Internet.
What is your "Web 2.0 Factor" today? Why should you care? How do you exponentially grow it, or even grow it at all? et's talk. Blogs and other Web 2.0 tools are the most misunderstood and under-utilized marketing platforms out there today.
However, like any tool, not much use if you don't know how to use it/them. We coach clients on understanding the marketing potential, limitations, etiquette required, and overall utility of these new Web 2.0 technologies to their business and the importance of a "Web 2.0 Factor," first mover-early adopter advantage and SEO discovery through key word search over their competitors.
Our primary goal is to get clients to Google/Yahoo/MSN Page 1 in an organic search listing (meaning 1-10 search result links--non PPC on page 1) for their most relevant search terms, whatever they may be, like "GAY TRAVEL" or "BEST SUSHI NEW YORK" or "HEALTH WELLNESS EXPERT."
Our consistent success and demonstrated case studies with clients and their new revenue generated from findability and through search is worth a closer look.
It seems almost everyone today doing any sort of marketing and PR is all-of-a-sudden a "blogging and SEO expert organization"...Look behind the transparent, Internet curtain and see what you are truly getting in expertise. We have a history were proud of and happy to share. On the Web, it doesn't only matter how good you are at what you do - its how many people know about it and can find you through key word search.

Leadership Grand Rapids or LGR (now The Center for Community Leadership) is a program of the Grand Rapids Area Chamber of Commerce since 1985, that develops a diverse network of “Community Trustees” – leaders working for the greater good of the community. I championed 3 mature programs - trained, motivated and developed a small internal staff and engaged over 150 volunteers annually, including an Executive Board, to achieve/exceed goals with limited resources and under tight time constraints. Developed and implemented new program curriculum driving increased corporate sponsorship and program enrollment, moving the programs back into the black. "Derrick Sorles served as our Executive Director with passion and commitment...He made our program stronger through his perspective, enthusiasm, and abilities. Through the efforts of Derrick, his staff and our volunteers, we have created one of the best leadership programs in the country..." - Timothy Reimink, National City Bank, Chair, LGR

My direct contribution back to clients centered around soft-skill training programs for their employees. Served as a highly visible community trustee in the Grand Rapids Community. Established effective network of personal and professional relationships that were based on common values. Developed reputation in marketplace for delivering dynamic, cutting-edge workshops and seminars.
