After quitting school at 16, I've been trying to forge my own path. I blog and occasionally podcast, to encourage people to be their true selves and not just settle for the status quo. I believe we all have the potential to make a difference, and I hope to be able to help/encourage people to realize that potential.
I try my best to be my own person, and not just follow the crowd. I've got a really unique mix of interests, ranging from math to computing to music and to philosophy. I try to look at things around me in a unique, fresh way, and to learn from everything around.
One of my biggest priorities is the people around me. Friendships and relationships are the most important thing in life to me, and I hope to connect with others and be able to make an impact on their lives.

Co-organized the first Social Media Breakfast in Singapore.
The Social Media Breakfast is an informal gathering, to allow people interested in Social Media to meet, share and learn from each other.
It was originally founded by Bryan Person, in Boston. Daryl Tay (http://uniquefrequency.com) and I brought the idea to Singapore.

Sui Generis is my blog and podcast. I write about issues such as personal development, personal branding, marketing, social media and technology - all with the main focus of encouraging people to be true to themselves and follow their passions, not just blindly abide by the status quo. It is currently on temporary hiatus, but I'll resume blogging soon.

I worked part time for DesignRendezvous (http://www.designrendezvous.com) in 2007. During this time, I helped out in the filming and editing of a few videos (corporate and otherwise).
My main work with the company, however, was a data analysis project in partnership with Nanyang Technological University. I set up an online survey using Perseus, and helped with the development of a Microsoft Excel VBA Macro which was used to analyse the exported data. I then assisted in formatting the data into a pdf report using Crystal Reports.
