My Philosophy on Collegiality:

"The only true collegial relationships result from the social time spent with workmates (ie. lunch, conferences, events, other informal time) that create love and connection between them (trust). Without this trust, you are left, simply, with people you work with without the common bonds and strength of purpose necessary to truly succeed." - Daniel Olsen (2004)
