Direct invoicing and payment responsibility in addition to creating department policies, procedures, manuals, and a crusher contact database.

Additional responsibilities included managing hardware inventory levels, ordering replenishments, cost tracking, and developing a database to track the entire implementation data for ongoing maintenance and support efforts for all 2300+ locations and hardware information.

Also, responsible for conducting site visits and walkthroughs with the telecommunication vendors and building contractors to review building blueprints and identify network cabling and wireless access point installations to ensure adequate coverage.
