    Responsible for facilitating weekly departmental meetings for status updates on active contracts as well as identifying areas for process improvement within our contracts department and proposal department. Created departmental policy and procedure manuals and flowcharts as well as preparing for ISO audits for compliance..

    As a contract manager, I was responsible for managing large multi-million dollar global mining crusher contracts from order receipt through shipment. These contracts pertain to large cone and gyratory crushers, and the related automation product orders. This also included monitoring production progress, milestone invoicing, collections, developing monthly progress reports, updated manufacturing schedules, coordinating inspections, and sending/receiving engineering data and drawings between engineering houses.
