I have a uniquely diverse background encompassing technical support, asset management, procurement, and vendor management, and contract management for several mid-size to enterprise level Fortune 500 companies with international presences in various industries.
What I have enjoyed most, is having the opportunity and experience of rising through the ranks from an end-user technical support role to ultimately, strategic decision-making roles responsible for the selection and management of contracts, vendors, hardware, software, and services as well as establish and maintain standards, policies, procedures, and processes in both a domestic and international capacity.

Long-term contracting role responsible for coordinating the implementation and post-implementation phase for a statewide voice, data, and video projects for over 2300+ Wisconsin state run facilities which included gathering requirements, tracking and reporting of T1/Fiber installation, demarc extension, Cisco router installations and final connectivity testing by the onsite technicians. Additional responsibilities included managing hardware inventory levels, ordering replenishments, cost tracking, and developing a database to track the entire implementation data for ongoing maintenance and support efforts for all 2300+ locations and hardware information.

Also, responsible for conducting site visits and walkthroughs with the telecommunication vendors and building contractors to review building blueprints and identify network cabling and wireless access point installations to ensure adequate coverage.

There, I sold and installed performance wheels, tires, and sold other performance automotive parts. Other responsibilities included stocking, inventory and cash/credit handling. At Super Shops, we worked hard and played hard in a team atmosphere. We put the customer first, and created a tight knitted team environment making it fun to come to work each day.
