My work history can mostly be explained as filling multiple roles and responsibilities simultaneously. Most of my experience is derived from working in corporate environments supporting domestic and international locations and managing vendor relationships.
What I have enjoyed most over the years is developing a visionary approach towards process improvement, operations, leadership, and developing strategic relationships with business partners while maintaining honesty and integrity.
I enjoy working with all levels of management from CXO down. I believe in doing what it takes to get the jobs done, going the extra miles if needed, and encouraging that same work ethics for my colleagues and reports. My focus is on reaching towards formal leadership roles where I can mentor others and contribute to his or her professional growth.
Married with two girls and a boy 3m, 6, and 9 living in the city of Racine, WI just south of Milwaukee.
