My professional career today began when I owned and ran a music website. I utilized "Web2.0" tools before they were utilized in the business world. The results:

I am interested in the emerging community marketplace. In talking with customer and peers I have come to my own conclusion that the future of business lies within social business communities. If businesses do not embrace this means to acquire customer knowledge and build a direct line to the consumer, they will not compete in their marketplace.
