Computer Lab Assistant at Brigham Young University - Idaho
Pocatello, Idaho Area
For the past four years, I've been attending BYU-Idaho in pursuit of a bachelors degree in computer and electrical engineering. I have picked up on numerous odd jobs around the area to help fund my education, and with so much going on, I haven't been able to stay at a single one for very long. Currently, I'm working towards an internship for the next winter semester (2008-2009) so that I can gain on-site experience in the job field. I have tried my best to keep finding jobs that relate to computers and technology (like Radio Shack, Office Depot, etc) but I haven't been able to find any real field experience as of yet. The closest thing I've come across is working as a Computer Systems Administrator for two different companies in the Rexburg, ID area.
Besides work, my goals for the next five years include buying a house for my family and being able to provide for them comfortably. If I happen to earn enough money for some fun, I hope that I can convince my daughter to take up motocross or four wheeling up at the family cabin in Montana.
