I am interested to find out how and why companies and individuals damage their reputations. I adopt systemic thinking to most ideas and have always had an interest in accelerated learning. I also help companies to develop and implement crisis management & crisis communication response action plans and have recently developed a toolkit in this regard. In between this I like to write articles and listen to good music.
