I am a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society & Registered Guidance Practitioner. But I'm not just a psychologist, I've a background in business change and highly creative. My creed is - There is always a way, and I support people to believe this and to meet their objectives.
I am also the winner of 2 National Career Awards for the work I do with adult career changers - I was the winner in the working with adults category for The Gold Career Programme. The award was sponsored by the Independent Newspaper. (November 2007). In November 2009 I won my second award, again in the working with adults category, this time for my Job Search Support Programme. I was highly commended
CAREER DEVELOPMENT AND COACHING
20 years experience in careers counselling, redundancy counselling, and 1:1 personal effectiveness counselling /coaching with middle managers and senior executives. I've worked with Coutts Consulting, Proteus Career Management, and TMP Worldwide plus AS internal consultant with the Post Office and with over 1000 clients in my own company - have now stopped counting.
PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENT
I am qualified to use OPQ, 16PF5, MBTI, Firo-B, Birkman Method, Saville Consulting Wave, KAI, CPI, Strong Interest Inventory and have given sensitive feedback to well over a thousand people.

Working with people and organisations to enable them to achieve their potential together. Focus on behavioural and HR implications of strategic change. Working with clients to design, implement and evaluate changes in how they communicate with, develop, manage and assess their people

Creativity - I score at the 90th percentile on an ability measure of creativity and have far too many ideas than are good for me.
