Maintained several parts of the FreeBSD operating system ranging from device driver to third party contributed code, mostly focused in providing a more convenient environment for system administrators and developers, kept an eye on latest hardware as well as overall system reliability/performance.

Redesigned, implemented and migrated several parts of SINA's e-mail system including the anti-spam, LDAP authentication, as well as our distributed storage systems, serving hundreds of millions of users, making the system more flexible and reduced per-user cost. Maintained in-house operating system based on FreeBSD, as well as other open source infrastructure variants and gave technical support and training to colleagues.
